Willan Publishing are pleased to announce that in 2009 we will be working with The Open University to publish two major new criminology textbooks.

The first title, due to be published in August, is Crime: Local and Global, edited by John Muncie, Reece Walters and Deborah Talbot. The second book, which will follow in November, is Criminal Justice: Local and Global, edited by Deborah Drake, John Muncie and Louise Westmarland.

These two new student textbooks will provide an exciting international approach and aim to equip the reader with a critical understanding of the globally contested nature of ‘crime’ and ‘criminal justice’. Both books will be used as course texts for The Open University course Crime and Justice (DD301).
